Kind Consultancy is working a well-established and still growing alternative Financial Services business which is currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join them in a full time, permanent role with a hybrid work model based in their West Midlands offices, paying a competitive annual salary. Reporting to the Head of Business Risk, the Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities across multiple sectors, including Banking Services, People and IT, with key responsibilities including: Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the firm's operational objectives and ethics. Overseeing and leading procurement processes across IT and General Banking services. Identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Negotiating contracts to secure favourable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and service levels. Ensuring procurement activities comply with relevant financial regulations (PRA, FCA, Operational Resilience), industry standards, and internal governance frameworks. Proactively identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks. Continuously evaluating and optimising expenditure to enhance cost efficiency and maximise value.
