Lead procurement and strategic sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontract services Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives Manage supplier relationships and supply chain performance to ensure quality and reliability Conduct contract negotiation and commercial management to secure best value Identify and deliver cost‑saving initiatives and value engineering opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project planning and delivery timelines Drive sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives across the supply chain Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or Senior Buyer Strong background in construction procurement, infrastructure, or engineering sectors Expertise in contract management, supplier negotiation, and cost control Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and supply chain optimisation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify procurement efficiencies
