Job Description
Title: Procurement & Vendor Manager

Location: Central London / Hybrid
Salary & Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus + a further strong benefits package
Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a top Banking client who strive for excellence and quality across the business. They are currently in the latter stages of a big transformation, which has resulted in this exciting Procurement & Vendor Manager vacancy.
You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and vendor management of goods and services in line with the businesses strategic and operational objectives.
They are looking for someone who has experience within Banking or a similar sector who is comfortable leading end-to-end vendor management, contract management, procurement, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities
Select, negotiate, onboard, and manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimise value, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards. Develop and deliver category strategies that align with business goals through informed market insights. Lead end-to-end procurement operations in line with best practices, ensuring transparency, governance, and adherence to all legal and ethical requirements. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with strategic initiatives and provide expert advice on sourcing and vendor engagement.
Experience & Requirements
Experience in end-to-end vendor management, procurement, and contract management Strong communication skills and can demonstrate influencing senior management Knowledge of IT vendors/contracts is desirable Ideally will be degree and MCIPS qualified but this isn't essential
