Every product is made in-house, from machining and laser cutting through to finishing, wiring, and final assembly, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship. They are now looking to recruit a Product Developer to join their small, skilled team of product engineers based in the Midlands. The Role This is a hands-on, varied role that covers the full product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for taking products from concept and CAD modelling through to production documentation, packaging, and end-user instructions. The role offers long-term development potential and may evolve to include management of the CAD department, working closely with teams across the business to implement procedural improvements and support continued growth.
