Mission statement

We seek a dedicated Product Manager to develop and scale risk management systems for our cryptocurrency market making operations. The role focuses on enhancing risk posture, enabling rapid incident response, and supporting trader needs to deliver high-value functionalities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement risk management capabilities, ensuring operational resilience and trader confidence.

Job Description

• Lead product discovery and definition for a cross-functional team of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data analysts, and support staff.
• Identify risk exposures and trader requirements, translating them into actionable initiatives.
• Drive development of risk management, controls, monitoring, and incident response products aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Conduct research on best practices in trading risk frameworks and operational resilience.
• Work with engineering to create user stories and ensure timely delivery of risk-related features.
• Act as the main contact for product inquiries in risk and incident response domains.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to risk mitigation and system reliability, driving continuous improvement.
• Iterate on risk frameworks based on feedback and emerging technologies to stay competitive.

Background and Experience

• Experience leading product development in trading, fintech, or risk management environments.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and market making is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical risk concepts clearly.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Proven track record in delivering risk-related product initiatives.
• Experience with incident response tools and processes in high-velocity environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
