We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product and Technology team.
In this role, you will lead the digital product strategy for Good Foods Web and App. You will guide all stages of the product development lifecycle from ideation, definition, testing, launch and re-iteration to bring continuous customer value.
You will partner with Good Food, Commercial and Content as well as Product Design, Delivery, and Development teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
As a Senior Product Manager you will;
Develop and drive the strategy for product features and roadmap for Good Food Web and App.
Customer-Centric Development: Deeply understand customer needs, working with Product Design to translate them into effective product developments.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to continuously test, optimise, and inform product decisions.
Prototyping & MVPs: Lead product testing initiatives and develop prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Performance Monitoring: Track the success of product features using appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Process Improvement: Work with the wider product and development team to enhance our products and processes.
Experience working in the food or groceries industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
