We are looking for Product Managers to join DWP who can prioritise key decisions using data and insight to drive development and improvement as well as equally lead a team confidently.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

You and your role

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for making evidenced based strategic and tactical product decisions and making key priority calls.

You will be actively involved in developing the product strategy and setting the product vision, owning the product roadmap, and communicating product success to stakeholders. You'll also defend decisions, using data, evidence and your expertise, about your product that some stakeholders might not agree with.

While you will work independently, you'll also be part of a more complex area of work in Debt Management with the support of a more senior Product Manager, and access to learning and development that works for you.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Leeds or Manchester, whichever is most convenient for you.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and sometime collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer pay of £55,557.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth up to £16,094 per year.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days and rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
