Job Description
Product Manager – AI Consumer Apps (Health & Fitness)
Central London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
£50,000 – £75,000 + Up to 50% performance bonus
AI-first product environment
The Opportunity
We’re working with a fast-growing product studio building a portfolio of AI-powered consumer apps in the health and fitness space.
Their mission is simple: create deeply personalised, emotionally engaging products that genuinely improve people’s lives.
They already have multiple live, revenue-generating apps and are now scaling rapidly — with plans to launch a suite of highly targeted products across different audiences.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, where you’ll have real ownership, move quickly, and help shape products used by thousands (and soon millions).
The Role
This is a hands-on Product Manager role with a strong focus on growth, retention, and AI-driven personalisation.
You’ll take ownership of key products and initiatives, working across the full lifecycle — from discovery and concept through to launch and optimisation.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, builder-led environment where shipping quickly, learning from users, and iterating constantly is the norm.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product & Growth
- Own and evolve product roadmaps with a focus on retention, engagement, and monetisation
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery through to launch
- Drive improvements in key metrics such as ARPU, conversion, and churn
- Develop and implement features that increase daily engagement and long-term user value
- Contribute to the expansion of a growing portfolio of consumer apps
AI & User Insight
- Build and leverage AI-driven feedback loops (in-app, surveys, automation)
- Speak regularly with users and translate insights into clear product decisions
- Use AI tools to analyse behaviour, identify opportunities, and prioritise roadmap items
- Embed AI into your own workflow across research, ideation, and delivery
Product Experience
- Work closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences
- Champion personalisation — ensuring products feel tailored to each individual user
- Contribute to features that build habit, motivation, and emotional connection
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in product management, ideally within consumer or mobile-first apps
- Strong understanding of subscription products and key metrics (retention, ARPU, churn, etc.)
- Experience using product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar)
- Comfortable working closely with users and turning feedback into action
- Familiar with AI tools and already using them regularly in your workflow
- Strong bias for action — you ship quickly, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity
- Interest in behavioural design, habit formation, or engagement mechanics
Nice to have:
- Experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Exposure to growth optimisation or paywall testing
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
Why Apply?
- Join a high-growth product studio at a pivotal stage
- Work on AI-powered products with real user impact
- High ownership and autonomy from day one
- Fast-paced, execution-focused culture
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
- Access to cutting-edge AI tools and workflows
Interested?
If you’re a product manager who loves building, experimenting, and using AI to create genuinely impactful consumer products — this is one to explore.
