Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telecom OSS Product Manager with strong expertise in Mobile OSS, Product Operations, and SiteFlo-based workflows to drive the roadmap, design, and delivery of capabilities that streamline mobile network deployment, operations, and site lifecycle management. This role involves defining product strategy for modules supporting site rollout, integration, performance monitoring, change management, and field operations, while ensuring seamless alignment with RAN engineering, NOC/SOC teams, and ecosystem tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on understanding of mobile network build processes, site onboarding, configuration management, and operational readiness, combined with strong skills in translating user needs into clear product requirements and delivering scalable, intuitive solutions that enhance productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency across the mobile network lifecycle.
