Customer Product Owner – Salesforce Specialist | Hybrid | South West London | - £60K

Our client, a long-established leader in their industry, is seeking a Customer Product Owner to drive the evolution of their Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

The Opportunity:

As the Customer Product Owner, you’ll be the strategic force behind the development and success of Salesforce and Zendesk platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration across the customer journey—from initial contact to post-sale support.

• 5+ years as a Product Owner with a strong Salesforce background
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM strategy
• Experience with CPQ tools (Configure, Price, Quote)
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and stakeholder management skills
