What you'll do:

• Own and prioritise the product backlog with clear user stories
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Run agile ceremonies and drive feature delivery
• Use data and market feedback to identify product improvements
• Stay on top of regulatory changes and emerging tech opportunities
• Represent the product with customers and industry bodies

What we're looking for:

• London Market experience from a broker background
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and broking operations
• Product ownership experience in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
