senior leadership and global suppliers . In this role, youll: Gain end-to-end exposure to the
product lifecycle Build expertise in
compliance, packaging, and sustainability Develop confidence influencing decisions and challenging where needed The Role Youll support the development of new products and packaging, ensuring everything is
safe, compliant, accurate, and increasingly sustainable . This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where youll balance multiple priorities
from testing products to reviewing packaging and managing supplier documentation. Key Responsibilities Research products and identify testing and compliance requirements Carry out internal testing and maintain accurate, audit-ready records Work with international (including Far East) suppliers on specifications Manage documentation with strong attention to detail and version control Review packaging copy and support artwork approvals Ensure correct use of recycling and sustainability labelling Keep up to date with relevant
legal, safety, and environmental regulations Support sustainable packaging initiatives and track material data Maintain product information in internal systems (SAP experience helpful) About You Youre organised, detail-driven, and confident working across multiple stakeholders. Youre comfortable challenging where needed and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Youll bring: Experience in
product development, compliance, technical, or quality
(FMCG or retail preferred) Understanding of
product, packaging, and environmental compliance Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Experience working with suppliers and managing multiple deadlines Intermediate Excel skills
and confidence using systems (SAP beneficial) Interest in
sustainability and packaging Confidence to work with senior stakeholders and external partners You may also have: Knowledge of
packaging materials, recyclability, and labelling (e.g. OPRL) Familiarity with
product testing, artwork approval, or supplier accreditation Experience working with
overseas suppliers Awareness of regulations such as
HFSS, DRS, EUDR , or similar frameworks Why join?
