The Role Youll be assembling complex mechanical and electrical equipment from the ground up. Not just bolting parts together but understanding how the entire system works. Youll: Build and wire specialist machines Fault find when something isnt right Carry out root cause analysis Test and validate finished builds Suggest process improvements Join pre-booked European customer visits Support audits, repairs and on-site training
Youll work closely with engineering, production and customer teams.
Youll be trusted.
And when something isnt working?
Youll be expected to fix it.
Who This Suits Two types of people will thrive here: An experienced Technician
Youve worked in mechanical and electrical assembly. You can fault find confidently. You dont panic when something doesnt power up first time. Or....
A graduate or early-career engineer
HNC or above. Some experience in a manufacturing environment Practical mindset. Keen to learn.
Either way, youll need:
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Good fault-finding skills Confidence working independently A full UK driving licence A valid passport (occasional European travel) A mindset that questions why do we do it that way?
