Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Bolt Technical are recruiting for a well-established, global engineering and manufacturing organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on RF production support on the shop floor Troubleshoot electrical performance issues, identifying both electrical and mechanical root causes Operate and analyse results from RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentation Support rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) activities Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards What Theyre Looking For Proven experience in an RF cable assembly or similar production environment Strong hands-on experience with RF test equipment (particularly VNAs) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data Proven troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing setting Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality standards BPSS clearance (or ability to obtain) Whats On Offer £40,000+ salary (flexible depending on experience) + bonus 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Monthly bonus (approx. 15% annually) Strong on-site engineering team environment Healthcare benefits including optical & dental cashback Access to GP and Employee Assistance Services
