Production Engineer

A fast-paced manufacturing business is looking for a Production Engineer to support Manufacturing Engineering, Design, and Planning. Youll handle routings, CNC programming, sheet-metal development, and day-to-day production support.
Key Responsibilities Create routings, CNC programs, cut lists, and job packs Produce sheet-metal developments (2D/3D CAD-CAM) Maintain CNC laser programs and optimise utilisation Design jigs, fixtures, and fabrication supports Manage IFS tasks and revision changes Support shop floor queries and first-off inspections Contribute to DFM and continuous improvement Provide cost estimates and make vs buy decisions Requirements Apprentice-trained mechanical engineer Strong CAD-CAM and CNC experience ERP experience (IFS preferred) Confident communicator, able to multitask Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Interested?
