Production Engineer!
Wise Employment are looking for a Production Engineer to join a rapidly growing company based in Exeter! Where you will be working Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30 and Fridays 07:30 – 14:00

As a Production Engineer your Key Responsibilities will be:
Identify, assess and implement production and process improvements
Support lean ways of working to improve manufacturing efficiency and output
Support new product introduction and change requests to ensure production-efficient and safe designs
Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to improve processes
Assist with operating instructions, reports and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
Too be successful you will need:
HNC / HND (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline
Experience delivering manufacturing and process improvements in batch production
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
Quality experience including DFMEA / PFMEA
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Project management experience and a collaborative approach
