THE ROLE_

As Production Director you will have an overarching responsibility for the campaign management of Evolve’s OOH International and UK campaigns and ensure that the Production Department is running efficiently. You will build and develop relationships with suppliers both in the UK and Internationally and help build a team where process and efficiencies are at the heart of your work. You will report directly to the Head of Production and work closely alongside Account Directors and Business Directors across the planning teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Providing end-to-end delivery of our client’s campaigns.
• Working with various stakeholders in various locations to provide a first-class campaign management service.
• Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a strategic advisor and provide guidelines to our clients - always teaching best practices both internally and externally.
• Ongoing liaison between the client, creative agency and the media owner.
• Working and communicating with the Business Directors and Client Managers to deliver budgets and detailed production specifications for our clients’ campaigns.
• Assisting with the planning of experiential activations.
• Providing advice on suitable advertising locations.
• Evaluating the suitability of creative for OOH.
• Managing and developing a team of assistants/executives, to achieve team efficiencies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_

• Extensive OOH production implementation experience and market knowledge, locally and globally.
• A solid understanding of Global OOH and the nuances and requirements within key markets.
• Exceptional commercial acumen.
• First class relationship management skills; with the ability to communicate across all levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong people management skills and the ability to maximise a team’s potential through ongoing motivation, evaluation and development.
• Versatility to work and travel across multiple markets.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office software.
