We're supporting a well-established engineering business entering a major new growth phase, investing in people, process, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day fabrication activities while shaping how production evolves over the next few years.

You'll bring:

Proven experience leading

fabrication or welding teams

in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation. Strong technical understanding of steelwork, welding procedures, and QA standards

Hands-on, people-focused leadership style

Demonstrable success improving processes, productivity, and performance

Commercial awareness and effective resource planning skills
