ISQ Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established farm and food business with their search for a Production Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of production planning and scheduling.

Known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines traditional farming values with a modern, innovative approach to food production.

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities:#

• Promote a culture of safety, food safety, and quality
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products
• Full responsibility for production planning, materials management, and team development
• Ensure delivery against site KPIs
• Lead continuous improvement across the factory

About You:

• Proven experience in a Supervisory / Management role within food production / manufacturing (essential)
• Experienced in production planning and scheduling (essential)
• Familiar with BRC food safety standards & audits (essential)
• A hands-on approach with a passion for quality and innovation
• Flexible to the needs of the business
• Adaptable to change in fast-growing and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
