To operate roto-moulding machinery and related equipment to produce high-quality plastic components and assemblies for cases and racks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Roto-Moulding Production

Operate and monitor roto-moulding machines safely and efficiently. Prepare and set up molds for production runs. Monitor production cycles, including temperature, rotation, and timing, to ensure quality output. Remove finished components from molds and carry out trimming, finishing, or assembly as required. Quality Control

Inspect finished products for defects or non-conformance to specifications. Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards. Record production data and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor. Health, Safety & Housekeeping

Follow all company health & safety procedures and safe working practices. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area. Handle molds and finished products safely in line with manual handling guidelines. Teamwork & General Duties

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily and weekly production targets. Support colleagues during peak workloads and assist other departments when required. Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and toolbox talks. Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or production manager. Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely. Attention to detail and quality-focused approach. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required. Desirable Skills & Experience

Previous experience in roto-moulding or plastics manufacturing. However, full training will be given. Familiarity with trimming, finishing, and assembly of plastic components. Experience in a quality-controlled or ISO-compliant environment. Personal Attributes

Hands-on, practical, and methodical approach. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Capability to lift and move molds and finished products safely. Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity. Working Conditions

Factory-based role in Isleworth. Exposure to heat, noise, and machinery typical of roto-moulding production. Standard working hours with potential overtime during peak periods. Salary & Benefits
