Location: Ashington, West Sussex Salary: £12.36 per hour Shifts: 4-on / 4-off rotation, 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm) Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and line oven trays with precision

* Safely handle and transfer baking trays

* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace

* Cut and finish products to a high standard

* Execute hand-finishing techniques with accuracy

* Correctly label and date items for dispatch

* Package goods securely for delivery

* Promptly report any machinery faults to supervisors

Shift Pattern

* 4-on / 4-off working schedule

* Day shifts only: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

* Reliable transport is essential (location not served by public transport)

* Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic

* Previous experience in food production or factory settings advantageous— full training provided
