Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing position with a well-established client based in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work on a Monday to Friday basis.

Shift Options:

* 06:00 – 14:30

* 14:30 – 23:00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Working within a fast-paced production environment

* Sorting and handling items ready for processing

* Loading and unloading products

* Carrying out quality checks

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team

* Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
