iRecruit4 are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy pallet repair and refurbishment site in West Swindon. This facility is part of a global supply chain operation that supports major industries by preparing pallets for reuse across the UK.

Requirements: Comfortable working around loud, industrial machinery Confident using hand and power tools (full training provided) Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus

Key Duties: Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand and power tools Painting and preparing pallets for redistribution across the supply chain Working on a fast-paced production line in a noisy environment Following strict health and safety procedures

Shifts: Week 1: Monday to Friday

06:00 to 14:00 Week 2: Monday to Friday
