We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing team based in Warrington. If you’re confident using hand tools, can interpret technical drawings, and enjoy practical work — this could be the long-term opportunity for you.

Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):

* Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM – 2PM - £12.60PH

* Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2PM – 12AM - £13.51PH

* Weekend Overtime (Optional): Saturday – £20.27PH & Sunday – £27.02PH

Key Responsibilities:

* Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber frames to precise specifications

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

* Operating a range of hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)

* Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workspace.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience with hand tools or in a manufacturing/assembly environment

* Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings

* Strong reliability and references covering the past 2 years
