Production Operative – East Harling
CSS Recruitment & Training are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a busy production environment.
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
*
7:30am – 5:00pm
Location: East Harling
Key Responsibilities:
*
Assembling wooden frames to a high standard
*
Measuring, preparing, and handling wooden components
*
Reading and following order sheets to ensure accurate cutting and assembly
*
Using hand tools safely and efficiently as required for frame construction
*
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
*
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
*
Confident using hand tools or willing to learn
*
Able to follow instructions and work accurately
*
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
*
Good attention to detail
