Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading with an expanding production team. For a Production Operative this is a perfect time to join a well-established company based in South Cerney.

As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespokeproducts on the production line, pick and pack distributor orders and regular stock rotation.

This Production Operative role will offer earlies and days shift pattern, those being: Monday

Friday 06:00am

14:00pm & 14:00pm

22:00pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company on a full-time basis.

Full training will be given, however produciton expereince is highly advantagous

-£18.24 per hour Monday

Friday Rotational Shift 06:00am

Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties: Quality checking all goods prior to dispatch Liaising with supervisors if there are any faults Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch - making boxes / packaging / labelling Loading pallets for delivery Working on the assembly line Some degree of heavy lifting will be required General warehouse housekeeping duties

The ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have: Production operative experience is extremely essential Full UK Driving License Quality control experience Good communication skills Good team worker Good attention to detail Keen eye for detail
