£14.23 per hour (starter rate)
£15.66 per hour (one skill)
£18.44 per hour (multi-skilled)
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities Operating and setting up high-tech production machinery
Maintaining product quality to company standards
Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multi-skilled
Pay & Overtime (Night Shift) One Skill Rate: £15.66 per hour
Multi-Skilled Rate: £18.44 per hour
Overtime (Time and a Half):
£14.23 per hour (starter rate)
£23.49 per hour (one skill)
£27.66 per hour (multi-skilled)
