Client Summary: Working for CNH Industrial - a major manufacturer of Agricultural Vehicles and Machinery. Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.
Position Summary: This role is that of a Production Operative on the production team responsible for assembling components of the Vehicles.
Roles can include: - Carrying out designated assembly tasks repetitively as part of a moving production line - Using air, power and hand tools to fit a range of components into Tractor Assemblies - Working from assembly drawings and instructions - Installation of components into the units along the production line
Person Profile/Experience: - Ability maintain concentration and focus to ensure work is carried out to the required quality, within the required timescale - Work safely and with awareness for the safety of others around you - Ensure that any problems or issues are promptly escalated to the Team Leader - Work effectively as part of the team - Experience working to instructions - following set out procedures - Experience working in a fast paced environment or production line
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an onsite interview and mechanical assessment. This will be a chance see the how the business operates and tour the facility.
Qualifications: Driving Licence (Desirable)
