Production Operative Highbridge £14.72-£15.47 per hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Looking for a hands-on role with a well-established production company? Our client in Highbridge is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Production Operative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in the production process. Shift Pattern (Rotating, Monday–Friday) • Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30 • Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30 • Week 3: 22:00 – 06:30 Key Responsibilities • Operating and monitoring production machinery • Setting up equipment and adjusting where required • Blending and processing powder-based products using specialist machinery • Carrying out routine machine inspections and reporting faults • Supporting packing, labelling and order preparation • Completing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards • Assisting with general production and warehouse duties What We're Looking For • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating role is beneficial • A practical, technically minded approach with good problem-solving skills • Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • R...
