Production Operative Location: Shirley (B90) Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:00 for three weeks, followed by one week 09:00 to 17:00, rotating on a set basis Hours per Week: 37.5 hours Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting a Production Operative for their client based in Shirley. This is a long term Production Operative role with consistent working hours on a rotating shift pattern. Production Operative Role Description:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring product quality. Daily duties will include:

• Operating a guillotine machine to cut product samples accurately • Carrying out cutting product samples work to prepare items for despatch to customers • Checking quality and accuracy of samples cut by the guillotine machine • Organising and preparing customer orders for despatch • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in the production area • Assisting with general Production Operative duties as required

Production Operative Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Operative or within a manufacturing/production environment is desirable • Confidence in operating machinery such as a guillotine mac...
