We’re recruiting for a hands-on finishing role with a well-established manufacturer in the Pershore area. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, full training, and a clean, structured working environment.

The Role Working as part of a small production team, this role involves manual finishing of precision components. You’ll use hand tools to remove excess material, clean up features, and prepare parts for the next stage of production. The work is consistent, process-driven, and suited to someone who is methodical and focused.
