Assembly Operative . You must have your own reliable transport due to the location of the site and the shift times. Shifts: Monday – Friday: 6am – 4pm Rates of Pay: £13.00 per hour Benefits: As a Production Operative, you will receive: Opportunities for growth and career development Full training and ongoing support A dynamic and supportive team environment Free on-site parking Day-to-Day Duties: As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but will not be limited to): Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production lines to ensure smooth and efficient processes Reading, understanding, and following detailed work instructions to maintain quality and consistency Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Essential Skills: As a Production Operative, you will need: The ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow work instructions accurately A team-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively to meet production targets You must have your own reliable transport due to the location of the site and the shift times Desirable Experience: Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential) Availability to start work as soon as possible Training: Company policy and procedure training will be provided to successful candidates Apply: If you are interested in this role, please apply today to be considered.
