As a Production Operative, the Production Operative will be responsible for setting up and calibrating machinery, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The Production Operative will carry out visual inspections, follow standard operating procedures, and complete manual handling tasks as required, maintaining consistency and attention to detail throughout.
