Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working with a market-leading manufacturing company in Weymouth, currently looking to expand their team with multiple opportunities for Assembly Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that puts its employees at the forefront, offering long-term prospects and full support with training and development.

Key Duties:

Assemble products to detailed specifications. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Identify faults or non-conformities during the assembly process. Work as part of a fast-paced production team.

Requirements:

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is desirable. A proactive and reliable work ethic.

What We Offer:

Starting hourly rate £13.41. Enhanced overtime rate £20.11. Working hours Monday to Friday, 7am - 3.30pm. Early finish every Friday. Free on-site parking. Full training provided. Immediate starts available.
