paying up to £31,473 depending on experience.

The Production Operative role involves packing products on both manual and automated lines, following clear instructions to ensure every item meets quality standards before dispatch. Youll work as part of a team to meet production targets, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and keep things running smoothly in a busy warehouse environment. The role is hands-on and physical, requiring you to stand for long periods, carry out lifting tasks such as handling raw materials and pallets, and follow health and safety procedures while working efficiently with minimal supervision.

You will need:

Previous experience within a similar role Previous experience in production, warehouse and factory environments To be able to follow clear instructions Strong organisational and communication skills To be able to commute daily
