Pay Rate: £13.76 - £15.82 per hour

What You'll Be Doing as a Production Operative

Producing bespoke blocks and components to customer specifications Transferring wet clay onto stillages Building accurate brick firing stacks Sorting fired bricks into customer-ready packs Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards

Working Hours

Training Period (12-16 weeks)

Mon-Thu: 7:30am - 4:00pm Fri: 7:30am - 3:00pmPost‑Training Shift Pattern (Days Only)

5 on / 5 off: 5:00am - 5:00pm 4 on / 4 off: 5:00am - 5:00pmThese patterns provide excellent work-life balance while offering consistent, ongoing hours.
