Production Operatives

to join our clients busy / fast-paced production factory based in

Alness, Inverness . This is a

Temp to Perm opportunity , offering the chance to secure a long-term position with a well-established and growing company for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets

Operating machinery and production line equipment (full training provided)

Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Following all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and reliable attendance Production experience Knife skills (preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
