What Youll Be Doing Developing and managing detailed production plans across multiple lines Balancing demand, capacity, and materials to hit OTIF targets Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams Managing stock levels, minimising waste, and improving efficiencies Responding to changing priorities and resolving planning issues quickly Driving continuous improvement within the planning process What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Production Planning role within FMCG or manufacturing Strong understanding of supply chain and production flow Experience using SAP Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business Someone who can challenge, influence, and bring structure Why This Role?
