Plan short- and long-term production requirements
Support procurement by helping schedule material purchases
Create and manage the master production schedule
Share planning information clearly with production teams
Update production and resource data in planning systems (ERP/MRP)
Track production progress and report performance to management
Ensure production schedules are aligned and achievable
Monitor production capacity and plant workload
Use sales forecasts to support planning decisions
Support capacity planning and SIOP activities
Create and issue job cards for manufacturing
Carry out other reasonable tasks related to the role
Skills and Experience Required
Previous production or scheduling experience preferred
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, charts)
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Understanding of production and inventory management
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Ability to plan and manage work independently and with others
