About The Role: Due to continued growth, the company are seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee the milling and gear cutting section of their machine shop. Reporting directly to the Shopfloor Manager, this role is key to ensuring efficient workflow, correct job prioritisation, and consistent adherence to procedures and quality standards within the department. Main Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations within the milling and gear cutting area Ensure machinists are working on the correct jobs and following established procedures and health & safety guidelines Provide technical support to team members, including troubleshooting tooling, setups, and machining issues
