Shift: MondayFriday, 7:30am4pm

Were looking for a driven Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing electromechanical manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering efficient, high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor Lead and support a team of 10 production staff.
Manage KPIs , appraisals , training needs, and SOP compliance.
Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and production planning.
Maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and equipment requirements are met.
Skills & Experience Proven experience supervising in a production/manufacturing environment.
Strong people-management and organisational skills.
Electromechanical or technical assembly background essential.
MRP experience beneficial.
Benefits Holiday allowance increases with each year of service , up to 25 days .
Stable day-shift role, Monday to Friday.
