Production Supervisor Engineering upto £44k + Package

We are recruiting for a growing organisation with an order book through to 2045 who are looking for a Production Supervisor

This role is a hands off the tools site-based position, with occasional visits out to clients sites a few times a year across the UK and will involve overnight stays

This role is managing and leading teams within production and Identifying process improvements, health & safety, quality control, hitting production targets, managing development plans for staff and leading business initiatives.

Working with the Head of Production to maintain high quality and output standards, develop and drive the production team across improvements.
