Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation on the outskirts of Halstead, they are looking to add a 'team leader - late shift (2pm - 10pm) to their team on a permanent basis.

The key purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate production, ensuring quality, hygiene and business production standards are met. You will lead and support a team of production operatives, working collaboratively across all business departments.

This is a permanent opportunity - working a fixed shift pattern of 2pm - 10pm ( there must be some flexibility if business demands change)

Key duties include: Supervise daily activities, predominantly Hygiene but with responsibility also for Production, ensuring cleaning schedules are completed on time and to the required standard, supporting site compliance with requirements. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve strong performance and engagement. Ensure all activities are completed in line with site procedures, safe systems of work, and required PPE and handling standards. Act as the first point of escalation for issues, including missed standards, operational risks, or concerns impacting production readiness.
