The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Leader will supervise a production section, managing people, materials, and processes to meet daily output, quality, cost, and safety targets. Key Responsibilities Lead production activities from material receipt through assembly, test, and delivery

Supervise and support Production Operators, including hands-on assembly and testing when required

Ensure work is completed to defined procedures, standards, and quality requirements (IPC-A-610)

Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Manage non-conformances, material shortages, and supplier returns using the ERP system
