Production Team Leader Salary:

£33,000-35,000/annum with annual reviews Location : Dover Hours : 37.5 hours per week, straight days with an early finish on Fridays! Production Team Leader Role: To be responsible for managing and developing team members, and to continuously look for opportunities to improve quality, cost and delivery through the involvement and development of people. You will only be considered if you live within a commutable distance to Dover and have full right to work with no time limitations. Ensure products are being completed to business and customer standards and requirements. Delegate tasks to team members based on their unique skills and strengths. Provide training, support and motivation to team members. Ensure resources are being used to maximise efficiency and output. Produce KPIs based on data and ensure daily and weekly KPIs and targets are achieved. Contribute to LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement ideas. Maintain a good level of stock accuracy.
