Professional Indemnity Solicitor (5+ PQE) – Regional Office Location – Up to £85,000 + Excellent Benefits A leading, award-winning national law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join its renowned Professional Liability team, based out of any of its regional offices. Recognised in the Legal 500 for excellence across civil, commercial, and insurance litigation, the team acts for an impressive portfolio of clients including major insurers, corporates, professional service providers, and not‑for‑profit organisations. You’ll handle a broad range of matters, from strategically significant instructions to multi‑million‑pound disputes. Typical work includes defending claims against professionals such as construction consultants, accountants, technology providers, care operators, and social welfare organisations. There will also be opportunities to support on subrogated recovery actions and contribute to wider team initiatives. Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE Background in professional indemnity (defendant experience preferred) Strong understanding of policy coverage and indemnity issues Proven ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and client communication Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client relationships and business development
