Role Title: Program Manager (e-commerce shipping)

• Location: London, UK
• Estimated end date: 7 months
• Working hours: 40 per week
• Remote work: 3 days per week

Key responsibilities include:

• Advocating for Shippers and enhancing their experience
• Serving as SME for SWA EU Onboarding processes and escalation point
• Identifying and building business cases for workflow improvements
• Collaborating with Marketing to create and approve shipper communication content
• Leading process improvement workstreams for faster lead-to-launch conversion
• Driving program objectives, stakeholder alignment, and launch execution
• Scaling services and processes for growth while maintaining customer experience quality
• Preparing communication materials for stakeholders

A typical day involves analyzing data for EU Shippers and collaborating with various teams to improve the shipping experience.
