Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to define and deliver a Modern Working Programme for a large, complex UK organisation. The role focuses on end-user technology change, modern ways of working, and stakeholder-led delivery in a highly visible environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define, shape, and deliver a modern working / digital workplace programme Operate within an existing gated governance framework while introducing more Agile, iterative delivery practices Engage confidently with senior stakeholders up to CIO level Lead programme delivery autonomously with minimal supervision Drive strong stakeholder engagement and change management Oversee delivery of end-user technology change, ensuring adoption and business impact Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex technology or business change Strong background in end-user technology transformation (e.g. digital workplace, collaboration tools, device rollouts) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working in large, regulated, or complex organisations Experience applying Agile principles within traditional governance structures
