This is a chance to move beyond being a cog in a giant machine; you’ll shape how delivery happens, not just execute someone else’s playbook. What you’ll be doing: Leading complex, multi-workstream change programmes - everything from regulatory initiatives to full operating model redesigns. Designing delivery frameworks from scratch and adapting your approach to fit each unique client. Working directly with C-level execs to shape strategy and solve critical challenges. Supporting a friendly, collaborative team that values both high standards and a healthy balance. What we’re looking for This isn’t one for first-time Programme Managers or those outside FS. We’re after someone who’s operated at this level before and brings: Extensive Financial Services experience — ideally within Insurance, Life, Pensions or Investments. A strong consulting background, comfortable being the face of complex programmes and building instant credibility with clients. A proven track record of delivering large, multi-stream, high-£ change initiatives. Confidence engaging at Board / C-suite level, plus the gravitas and adaptability to win trust in ambiguous environments.
