Our client, a global provider of financial solutions based in an impressive high-spec. modern office space in the heart of London is looking for a driven and detail-oriented graduate to join their Client Services team, a core function at the heart of their business. Operating across both London and internationally, this role plays a key part in assisting with the management of client accounts, executing payments and transactions, leading process improvements, and strengthening client relationships.  In this fast-paced role, you will act as a point of contact for queries, assist with initiatives aligned to key performance indicators, and help to drive operational efficiency and team development. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, and help shape best-in-class client service delivery.  This is an exciting opportunity for an entry level graduate with some office based experience under their belt (ideally finance) looking for a long-term opportunity in the finance/fintech sector.
